All floats, walking groups or vendors participating at the Parade will need to agree to our Terms & Conditions to ensure that both your party, attendees and the public are kept safe.

Birmingham Irish Association, as custodians of the St Patrick's Parade and Festival, also have a duty of care under the Health & Safety Act, and will exercise that duty by enforcing these Terms & Conditions.

Not doing so can delay the process and, at worst, may mean that you will be unable to participate on the day!
