Dandara Living supports the St. Patrick's Parade 2024

March 10, 2024

Dandara Living is delighted to be sponsoring six local school walking groups at this year’s St Patrick’s Day Parade in Birmingham.

Thanks to their support, the parade will see groups from Bishop Challoner Catholic College, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School, SS John and Monica Catholic Primary School, St Alban's Catholic Primary School, St Anne's Catholic Primary School and St Catherine of Siena Catholic Primary School all taking part in the parade through Digbeth on Saturday 17 March.

Zoe Sharpe, Senior Development Manager at Dandara Living, comments: “We’re thrilled to be supporting this year’s St Patrick’s Day Parade in Birmingham and playing a role in helping children from local schools to participate in this iconic local cultural celebration.”

Dandara Living are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market, including Aston Place, situated in the centre of Birmingham, which comprises 324 apartments and a range of resident amenities.

In addition, Dandara Living’s new Unity and Armouries (U&A) development, situated on Lower Essex Street in Digbeth, features 162 one, two and three bedroom apartments which are available to rent now. These apartments can be fully furnished or unfurnished, may be decorated just how you like, and many are pet-friendly too. Free superfast broadband is included as standard. The site also features a dedicated residents’ lounge, house kitchen and co-working space for residents to use.

Plans have also been submitted for Warners Fields, situated on the banks of the River Rea, a scheme which comprises around 1,300 homes, a range of resident amenities and commercial units. As one of the first developments to be brought forward within Birmingham City Council’s “Rea Valley Urban Quarter”, Warners Fields will open up the River Rea and pioneer the regeneration of this area of the city.
